This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information, including personal data within the meaning of applicable law (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information"), which LLC "Medical Tourism Technologies" (hereinafter referred to as "TMT", also referred to in the text as "we", "us", "our") and/or its affiliates may receive about you in the process of your use of any TMT websites, programs, products and/or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services"), information about which you can find on the https://marus.care website and other websites owned by TMT (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Sites"), as well as in the course of execution by TMT / its affiliates of any agreements and contracts concluded with you in connection with your use of the Services. TMT may also receive Personal information from its partners (hereinafter referred to as "Partners"), whose sites, programs, products or services you use (for example, from TMT advertisers), from other publicly available sources of personal data. We can delete your account on the Sites and Services if there are grounds provided for by applicable law or the Service Agreement, as well as at your request.
If you delete your account, we will store your data on our electronic media for the period required and established by applicable law, but not more than 5 years.
After the expiration of the storage period, the data will be permanently destroyed.

How we protect your Personal Information

We take technical and organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of your Personal Information from unauthorized or accidental access to it, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
To authorize access to the Sites and Services, use a login (e-mail address or mobile phone number) and your password. You are personally responsible for the safety of this information. You may not transfer your login and password to third parties, and are also obliged to take measures to ensure their confidentiality.

In order to ensure more reliable protection of information, we use a system of linking a page to a mobile phone. To implement this system, you must provide us with your mobile phone number.
Within the framework of the system of linking a page to a mobile phone, in the event of loss of login or password, you can restore access to the page using the recovery code contained in the SMS message that you will receive on your mobile phone. In order to reduce the likelihood of third parties using your logins and passwords, if your login and password are entered using an unfamiliar server (in particular, a server of a foreign country), we can block access to your personal page using a message requiring you to provide some numbers from your mobile phone. After three unsuccessful attempts to enter numbers, the ability to access your personal page using this server is blocked for 4 hours.
We also have the right to make a test call-reset to your phone number for the purposes of your registration, authorization, confirmation of the relevance of the phone number linked to your personal page (verification), and restoration of access to your personal page. After receiving the call-reset, you must enter the code - the last few digits of the number from which the call-reset was made, in the corresponding window

Who else has access to your Personal information and to whom it may be transferred

We maintain the confidentiality of your Personal information and do not disclose it to third parties who do not have the right to receive it. We may transfer your Personal information, for example, when it is necessary to fulfill an agreement with you, implement our legitimate interests, fulfill the requirements of the law, or with your explicit consent.

We may share your Personal Data with our employees. We may also share your Personal Data with our affiliated entities.
