FDA approves Keytruda for ovarian cancer
The FDA has approved a new indication for Keytruda (pembrolizumab), an immunotherapy drug by MSD (Merck & Co) and the world’s best-selling cancer medication. The drug can now be prescribed to ovarian cancer patients whose tumors have become resistant to standard chemotherapy. It is the first agent of its class to receive such approval.

Semaglutide Sales In Russia Increased By 224%
In 2025, sales of semaglutide-based weight loss medications in Russian pharmacies amounted to 29.2 billion rubles ($378 million), which is almost three times higher than in the previous year (9.9 billion rubles, $128 million). This growth was driven by domestic manufacturers who actively started producing analogues of Novo Nordisk's original Ozempic.
